Grand Orly Seine Bièvre is the second largest territory in the region, after Paris, in terms of population and the first in terms of surface area. It consists of 24 municipalities (spread across 124 km²) operating as a " city cooperative " with 700,000 inhabitants.
It aims to provide its residents with ever more efficient and reliable local public services: waste, sanitation, roads, green spaces, etc.
